Fantastic old skool gym. The gym staff today was very welcoming. Great kit. Some pieces you'll never find in a commercial anytime /pure type gym. Definitely recommend.
Hardcore gym, might seem intimidating at first and can't say I agree with the black paint job however that's not important, what is important is as an experienced lifter I'm left to do my thing with the decent power racks, DL platform plus a comp style bench with safeties. Couldn't ask for more.

I have experienced both treatments and exercise classes at Cowan House and can highly recommend both the professionalism of the team, and the beautiful, relaxing environment in which they work.
Needed a professional meeting space for a last minute interview and was thoroughly impressed. The room hire at Cowan House was comfortable, spotless and overall great value considering the whole experience. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area. Thanks everyone.
