I moved my dog here from Companion Care vets, must say I'm glad I did. The staff are kind, caring, compassionate and genuinely treat the animals as if it was there own. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone who asks. Truly are a remarkable team :)
Staff helpful and polite. Nice atmosphere.

Fantastic vets! When we moved from Clevedon to Weston we decided to move to companion care. Unfortunately since moving we have had a sudden death of our rabbit and a cat with cancer who unfortunately pulled through the first time but it came back with avengence! Every time we have been they have been kind, caring and very helpful and honest about the best care for our pets needs. When our beloved cat had to be put down they were so lovely, they took the stress away, told us not to worry about payment until we had had time to grieve and even sent us a sympathy card. For our other cat who has a skin condition they have done everything then can to keep it at bay whilst keeping the costs as low as possible for us. I couldn't fault them - its rare to find a vets now a days that actually cares and isn't just about making money. Thanks Bobby and all the team we will continue to use you and recommend your excellent service.
Wow!! These guys are amazing, from the receptionists, nurses, vets & manager! I had 5 newborn kitties sadly passed away and they were amazing!! They charged one price for all the kitties to be cremated & nothing else. I was made to feel like a fabulous owner and like I did everything I could, which to be honest I needed to hear after everything that had happened. Beth the Nurse is wonderful & deeply caring would highly recommend.

As our usual vets do not have a scanner, we took Spanner, our 12 year old Retriever here as an emergency admission having collapsed on his walk. Sadly his time had come - we knew it would be this year but to lose him is just 6 hours was heartbreaking. Becky and her team could not have tried harder to save him but when she gently explained his situation, it became obvious that the best thing to do was to let him slip away. We were given as much time as we needed to spend with him as a family and we would like to thank all of you for the kindness you showed us during a most difficult time. Please pass on our thanks to Becky and her team for the care and thoughtfulness you showed - it made all the difference. Jules, Sandra, Kelly and Steve xx
